Once you are enrolled in classes you can activate your KCTCS email account by using the directions listed below: (Please wait 24hrs after you have been enrolled to activate)
1). Using Internet Explorer, access the site https://webmail.kctcs.edu. If you are using AOL or CompuServe you must open a separate session of Internet Explorer. You cannot use Netscape.
2) Click on the link labeled 'New Users/Password Resets'
3) Enter your last name and student ID number (9 digit number starting with “00”) into the appropriate fields. Please contact me if you do not know your Student ID.
Once the password is set you can return to the https://webmail.kctcs.edu site to check your email. From here you can also access your People Soft student account “self-service”, where you can make online payments, check grades, etc.
