Financial Aid
FINANCIAL AID IS NOT AVAILABLE for Learn Anytime courses at the present time. This is due to the virtual term nature of the Learn Anytime program. This conflicts with Financial Aid, which is awarded each term (spring, summer, fall). A Learn Anytime course could be taken between or over the span of two terms.
Textbooks
Textbook information is located under the course description at KYVC. Click on the section number to access the course description.
Some courses do not require a textbook, as the instructor includes the textbook content within the course itself. Please contact the instructor with any questions about textbooks.
Withdrawing from / Dropping a course
To withdraw from a Learn Anytime course, you must submit the “Learn Anytime Drop/Withdrawal Form”. Do NOT attempt to drop the course on your own through your student account! Doing so may result in inaccurate and excessive charges. The drop/withdrawal form may be submitted at any point within your 150 days. However, to avoid being financially responsible for the course, the drop/withdrawal form must be submitted within 14 days of the date you were enrolled. After 14 days, you will be financially responsible for the course.
Refund Policy
You have 14 days from the date of enrollment to request a drop at 100% refund. No partial refunds are given. (See procedure for dropping a course). After 14 days, you are financially responsible for all associated fees.
Course Completion/Deadline
Although Learn Anytime courses are self-paced, you do have a deadline to complete the course. Starting from the first day you access your course, you will have 150 days to finish all course requirements.

The instructor is always the first contact regarding any technical issues. Please review the course syllabus for procedures on handling any technical difficulties you may face.
